Read, sort, draft, follow up
Your private AI agent. Installed.
We install a private AI assistant that can manage email, find customers, update your CRM, book appointments, organize documents, research, and handle personal admin—day after day, using the rules you set.
Powered by Hermes Agent or OpenClaw. Built around your business, your life, and the work you want off your plate.
What can it actually do?
If the work happens on a computer, your agent can probably help do it.
Our belief: within 12 months, having an AI agent will feel as normal as having email. Nearly every business—and a growing number of households—will have one working in the background.

The next productivity shift
Soon, everyone will have an agent. The advantage is learning how to use yours now.
A good agent does not wait for you to open a chat and prompt every step. It remembers context, uses approved tools, works through a process, and returns with the assignment moved forward.
“In my own business, one well-implemented agent has taken on a workload that used to feel like ten roles—faster and more consistently.”Founder experience · Individual results vary
The simplest explanation
The LLM is the brain.
The agent is the staff member.
ChatGPT / Claude
A brilliant conversation
- Answers when you ask
- Helps create and think
- Usually waits for the next prompt
- Works mainly inside the chat
The brain
Hermes / OpenClaw
A capable operator
- Receives an outcome to own
- Uses approved tools and accounts
- Remembers context and workflows
- Can run scheduled and multi-step work
The staff member
The model supplies the reasoning. The agent layer adds tools, memory, schedules, skills, permissions, and a place to run.
What it can take on
A serious amount of work can leave your plate.
Every setup is tailored. We start with the repetitive, rules-based work that creates the most drag, then build toward higher-value support with sensible human approvals.

Frequently asked
Clear answers before you commit.
If your situation is unusual, use the question form below. We would rather design the right setup than force the wrong one.
01What is an AI agent?+
An AI agent is software that combines an AI model with tools, memory, instructions, and permission to take actions. Instead of only answering a question, it can work through a multi-step assignment, use connected services, and report back with the result.
02How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude?+
Think of the language model as the brain. ChatGPT or Claude give you an excellent place to talk with that brain. An installed agent adds the hands, memory, tools, schedule, and operating rules. You assign an outcome; the agent can carry the work across email, files, calendars, the web, and other approved systems.
03What are Hermes and OpenClaw?+
They are open-source agent systems that can run on your own computer or server. Hermes emphasizes persistent memory, reusable skills, scheduled work, and a self-improving learning loop. OpenClaw is especially strong as a self-hosted gateway that lets an agent work through the messaging channels you already use. We recommend and configure the right setup for your needs.
04Is this for a business or an individual?+
Both. A business might use an agent for lead research, inbox management, CRM hygiene, reporting, and operations. An individual might use it for calendar coordination, research, household admin, forms, files, and recurring reminders.
05Do I need to buy a new computer?+
No. We can install on a compatible computer you already own. If you want the agent running 24/7 and separate from your everyday computer, a dedicated Mac mini or another always-on machine is a popular option.
06Can it run while I’m away?+
Yes, if it is installed on an always-on computer or server and the required services remain connected. We can design scheduled routines and clear approval points so it knows what can run automatically and what must wait for you.
07What can the agent access?+
Only the tools, accounts, folders, and permissions you choose to connect. We set up the smallest practical level of access, clear approval rules, and a dedicated machine option when stronger separation is important.
08Is it secure and private?+
A self-hosted setup gives you more control over where the agent runs, but security still depends on the machine, model provider, connected services, and permissions. We configure sensible safeguards and explain the tradeoffs. Sensitive or high-impact actions should keep a human approval step.
09Will it make mistakes?+
It can. Agents are powerful, not infallible. We build review steps around money, contracts, private data, public messages, and other consequential work. The first-month tuning period is designed to improve reliability on your real workflows.
10What does the $2,500 implementation include?+
Onboarding review, in-person or virtual installation, configuration for your use case, approved account and tool connections, initial workflows, roughly 90 minutes of live implementation, and tuning support throughout the first month.
11Are there other ongoing costs?+
The additional running cost is API usage billed by your chosen LLM provider. Rates vary by model and by how much your agent works. Because model quality and value can shift from week to week, we recommend the strongest fit available at the time of your installation.
12What is the optional $99/month plan?+
It keeps your setup current. We help with routine updates, capability additions, and light adjustments as the software and your needs evolve. Larger new workflows or major integrations may need a separate quote.
13What happens after I reserve an appointment?+
We confirm your preferred time, send the secure $50 hold-payment step and onboarding form, then review your answers before the install. A prepared implementation usually takes about 90 minutes, followed by tuning over the next few weeks.
